The Slots Manager will lead and manage the Slots Department, driving and delivering the business on our 80‑jackpot slots floor featuring progressive jackpots of up to £20k and a market‑leading electronic roulette offering. This involves ensuring exceptional customer experience, meeting financial targets, maintaining effective team performance, adhering to company standards, and operating efficiently.
Key accountabilities
* Oversee daily operations of the slots area, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and performance.
* Deliver excellent customer service, proactively handling feedback and resolving customer issues promptly.
* Plan and execute promotional activities to drive engagement and profitability.
* Ensure adherence to safer gambling and licensing objectives.
* Accountable for the effective training, development, and motivation of the slots team.
* Promote a continuous performance‑improvement culture, empowering the team to achieve targets.
* Maintain knowledge of competitors, their products and offers, and their impact on customers.
* Drive the best service experience in the market.
What’s needed for success
* Solid experience in a similar gambling‑industry management role.
* Strong leadership, people‑management, and communication skills.
* Customer‑focused, analytical, and commercially minded.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
This role operates in a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
