The Role
As an Autism Support Worker, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
* Help students engage with learning in a way that works for them
* Support communication, emotional regulation, and social development
* Encourage independence and confidence inside and outside the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and outdoor activities
