Head of Sales – St Albans (Construction)
Reports to: Sales Director
Contract: Full time – 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Based: St Albans
Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales to support the ambitious growth plans of the business. You will provide leadership on matters relating to Sales across the construction side of the business in the North of England. You will be responsible for the construction sales target along with your own personal target. New business generation along with service delivery into pre‑existing client base will be key to ensuring the sales targets are achieved.

* You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Sales or Management role
* You are a confident leader of people and process with a passion for delivery of customer excellence

* You have experience in the principles of client relationship management
* You understand what excellent looks like in terms of relationship building, customer engagement and strategic account management
