We're looking for dedicated Youth Workers to join a dynamic team supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at an Alternative Provision within our partnered school, part of the Cabot Learning Federation. These young people have often faced significant challenges. Your role will be to help them re-engage with learning, build trust, and develop the skills they need to succeed-both in and out of the classroom. This is a full-time position. You must be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, and have access to a car with business insurance.
