(Must Have Own Cleaning Equipment: mop, vacuum, cloths, sprays etc.) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential properties, ensuring that each space is welcoming and hygienic. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Southern Prime Cleaning ) is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners.
You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work in our service areas. We do cleans as far south as Southampton to as far up north as Basingstoke.
We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs.
Southern Prime Cleaning was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans. Employer will inform the applicant of details on the first interview.
Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise various areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
* Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, and clean windows as required.
* Organise cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for optimal use.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
* Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency in service quality.
Skills
* Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
* Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
* Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in various cleaning environments.
