We are currently looking for a People Partner to join our People Team focusing on our Biggleswade and Hemel Contract Logistics sites. The role will report into our UK People Director and will have a 1 site-based HR Advisor reporting into them. The role will be based at our Biggleswade site with a requirement for regular travel to our site in Hemel, plus occasional travel to our other sites in Medway, Purfleet, Egham and Tamworth may be required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional, with a strong background in a People Partnering role to make a significant impact on our business.
Monday to Friday (to be based on site min 4 days a week)
Duties involved but not limited to are:
1. Work as a trusted partner to the Site Management teams at both Biggleswade and Hemel sites, providing strategic and operational support to the business, whilst developing a first-class generalist HR service
2. Support the business in developing and delivering strategic people plans
3. Analyse HR data/metrics, trends and market analysis to inform decision making and recommend improvements/actions
4. Assist with recruitment, selection and long-term resource planning
5. Manage complex employee relations cases
