Description
The FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) duties will include:
* Prepare and deliver detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
* Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
* Support senior management with regular and ad hoc financial reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis
* Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve results
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data and reports
* Assist in the development of business cases to support new initiatives
* Continuously improve financial processes and reporting methodologies
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) should have the following skills/qualities:
* A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the accounting and finance field
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools
* Currently studying relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication skills to present financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders
Job Offer
The successful FP&A Analyst (Hybrid) will receive:
* A competitive salary in the range of £39,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
* Flexible hybrid working arrangements (60/40 split)
* Annual bonus structure
* 8% employer pension contributions
* 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays with an optional buy/sell holiday program of up to five additional days
