Join our Supported Housing team in Bath as a Residential Night Concierge!
We're looking for a friendly and reliable person to provide overnight support, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our residents.
As a Residential Night Concierge, you'll be the overnight and weekend on-site presence at Julian House's supported accommodations. Working independently, you'll ensure the safety and security of both the building and its residents while fostering positive relationships with neighbours and the community.
1. Maintaining the safety and security of the buildings and the facilities through routine property checks
2. Be the first point of contact for the 'on-call' support worker
3. Maintain a full and accurate log of events during the shift
4. Actively ensure the security of the building, monitoring CCTV and patrolling at regular intervals through the evening and night
5. In the absence of cleaning staff, carry out any cleaning duties of common areas
