Your Experience
* Built environment marketing or BD experience
* Strong residential development sector understanding
* Experience supporting bids and tenders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint or Keynote proficiency
* Knowledge of Build to Rent, Later Living, affordable housing or mixed-use sectors would be advantageous
