Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Mansfield area to find a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Match, batch and code a high volume of purchase invoices on a weekly basis
* Manually input invoices on to the system
* Process weekly BACS payment run
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Resolve purchase ledger queries
* Manage complicated utilies accounts
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in purchase ledger
* Be able to pick things up quickly
* Possess good Excel skills
