We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join a well-established commercial property team based in Birmingham City Centre, initially on a 12-month contract. In this exciting Facilities Administration role, youll play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. Joining a small but effective facilities department, you will be happy turning your hand to a range of duties, from coordinating contractors, assisting with compliance checks, or acting as the first point of contact for tenant queries. What youll be doing day-to-day: Keeping accurate records of compliance, maintenance, and service requests Acting as the first point of contact for tenants with facilities queries Coordinating access for contractors and ensuring works are completed properly Supporting budget tracking and raising purchase orders Assisting with audits, inspections, and the onboarding of new tenants and service providers What were looking for: Experience in property or facilities administration Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Awareness of health & safety and building compliance requirements A proactive, detail-focused approach to work This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in facilities management within a professional, supportive team.
