Job Title: Engineering Manager Location: Gloucestershire Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Monday - Friday Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to lead a strong engineering team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a background in FMCG or food production to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across the site. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing the engineering team, driving maintenance strategy, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
