Your role will include: * Calling Leads to get new business * Generating leads - research on companies to work with * Sales calls - Cold calls to Schools, Care Homes and Businesses to work with us * Candidate attraction - posting job adverts, screening applications and building talent pools * Filling bookings quickly - matching candidates to roles and supporting consultants during peak demand * Interviewing & candidate care - conducting initial interviews, staying in touch and ensuring a smooth experience * Compliance - completing right to work checks and keeping documentation up-to-date * Consultant holiday cover - stepping in with confidence to maintain service levels YOU MUST BE A SALES PERSON AS 90% OF YOUR ROLE IS TO BUILD A BUSINESS WITH US - THAT MEANS COLD CALLING, RESEARCHING AND BRINGING NEW CLIENTS ON This is a fast paced, people focused role where you'll make a real impact every day.
