Job Description Interim Finance Director Cardiff Long-term contract £Negotiable About Our client is looking for an experienced financial leader for a long-term (12-18 month) assignment. This is a senior leadership role with a focus on strategic commercial decision-making and development. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and performance monitoring Develop and manage a high-performing finance team Support commercial and strategic decision-making at board level Maintain strong cashflow, treasury, and capital oversight Drive automation, systems improvements, and audit processes Build financial models in collaboration with data teams to support strategic planning Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 10 years' experience. Large corporate experience Skilled in financial leadership, modelling, analysis, and strategic planning Excellent communicator with strong commercial insight Ideal candidates will be able to start by the end of July.
