Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid on-site, WFH role at our facility near Bromsgrove for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks include prospecting, meeting potential clients, presenting our services, negotiating deals, and working closely with the production team to ensure client needs are met. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management is essential
* Strong understanding of marketing
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic business growth plans
* Ability to work on your own
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
* Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus
