Ribble Recruitment is assisting a North West local authority with the recruitment of experienced, permanent Social Workers across several Childrens Social Care teams. These are excellent opportunities to join well-established services with manageable caseloads, strong management support, and a genuine commitment to hybrid working.
Salary
* £42,839 £44,075 per annum (progression available)
Working Pattern
* Hybrid working
* Typically 3 days per week in the office
* Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm
* Emergency Duty Team covers out-of-hours

* 1 x Young Peoples Team (1618 years)
* 2 x Children Looked After (CLA)
* 2 x Children with Disabilities (CWD)
* 3 x Child Protection
About the TeamsChild Protection & Children with Disabilities (CWD)
1. Manage safeguarding concerns and children at risk of significant harm
2. Referrals progressed from MASH
3. Completion of Single Assessments within 35 days
4. Work includes CIN plans, Child Protection plans, and care proceedings
