The Chef De partie will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus. The all-day bar menu offers tempting nibbles throughout the day and breakfast, morning coffee and afternoon tea are also available to non-residents. The Person The Chef De Partie will have: Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes The confidence to deputise for the Junior Sous Chef if their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service. Dedication, motivation and positive Flexibility to cover shifts as required. Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections Passion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
