Experience working within a nursery or early years setting. Confidence leading a room and supporting other practitioners. Previous Room Leader experience. What You’ll Do Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room, creating a safe and engaging learning environment. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support development and curiosity. Support, guide, and inspire practitioners within your room. Build strong relationships with parents and carers through clear communication.
