About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping the future of their colleagues. You'll design and deliver impactful training programs that, enhance performance, and support long term growth.
Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a forward-thinking learning and development plan that aligns with company vision
* Identify training needs
* Work with external providers to deliver training programs
* Partner with regional managers to tailor training initiatives to the unique needs of each geographic area
The ideal Learning and Development Manager will have / be:
* Proven experience in Learning and Development
* Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
