2 years experience cooking in a kitchen or a recently completed chef apprenticeship is required for this role.

What’s involved?
This Chef de Partie role near Canterbury offers a unique opportunity to work with home grown and locally sourced ingredients to produce classic and creative dishes. In this role you’ll oversee one of four kitchen sections, rotating through each to gain a varied and effective knowledge of service.
