Reeson Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic specialist SEN school in Camden, North West London. This is a full-time, long-term position starting immediately, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.

SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)
MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
SLCN (Speech, Language & Communication Needs)
ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Challenging behaviour
Focus on personalised learning journeys to maximise each pupil's progress
Small class sizes:
Maximum of 7 students per class
Supported by 1 teacher + 2 teaching assistants
Warm, welcoming, and highly supportive team environment
The Role
Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs
Assist with managing challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner
Support learning, engagement, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with SEN pupils
Confident supporting students with:
Autism
Learning difficulties
Challenging behaviour
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Passionate about making a difference in young people's lives
Proactive, patient, and adaptable
Comfortable providing Personal Care duties
