Medical Law Services are part of Fletchers Solicitors group and have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.
Purpose of role:
To ensure that our medical records collection product and supporting services and processes consistently meet defined quality standards and satisfy customer and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities for the role:
1. Performance of regular quality check and audit of products completed within MLS as
2. required by client.
3. To complete agreed number of audits per team per month and keep documentary
4. evidence reporting to Operations Manager, Medical Records Manager & Head of MLS.
5. Audit is to include a review of medical record collection process, file notes and
6. communications with third parties.
7. Ensure that quality standards are observed though MLS.
8. Provide assurance that all products are to an agreed standard and work is completed
9. within agreed SLAs.
10. Provide feedback and assist with training when needed to ensure improvements are
11. made internally.
12. Provide recommendations for improvement should the same be noted upon audit.
13. Assist in the cultivation of relationships with MLS clients by ensuring quality of
14. products.
15. Support the Operations Manager to provide monthly data and results of quality audit.
16. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies across all
17. departments of MLS.
18. Identify potential risk or areas of non-compliance and working with MLS management team, assist in taking corrective action.
The ideal candidate will have:
19. Be highly motivated, organised, and proactive.
20. To have precise and high-level attention to detail.
21. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
22. Knowledge of Audits and interpreting the findings to improve/maintain practice
23. Excellent communication skills
24. Ability to work as a team member and remotely.
25. Understanding of and ability to assist in delivery of excellent customer service.
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:
26. Experience of proclaim or other software tools for example Adobe, Microsoft
27. Experience of reporting and data analysis tools (eg) Excel, Power BI)
28. Medical records handling and knowledge of healthcare sector.
