Executive Operations Manager
Location: Manchester or Finchley
Workplace: Hybrid, 3 days office, travel will be expected across hubs (currently Manchester & London)

Salary: £55k - £65k

We are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in their expansion through working directly with the Managing Partner, providing strategic and operational support across business development, governance, and leadership initiatives during a period of significant growth.
This role requires an individual with proven experience operating at senior levels in a professional services environment, who can balance complex priorities, exercise sound judgement, and demonstrate absolute discretion. Acting as a trusted partner, you will play a critical role in enabling the Managing Partner to deliver on both immediate business needs and long-term strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary support to the Managing Partner, ensuring effective preparation, communication, reporting, and governance processes.
Proactively manage the Managing Partners agenda, balancing immediate demands with long-term strategic priorities.
Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of board and executive meetings to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and decisions.
Liaise with senior leaders across business services functions, including Finance, HR, and Marketing, to facilitate discussion and alignment.
Handle sensitive client, regulatory, and firm information with the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
About You
Extensive experience in operations management or equivalent senior support role within a legal or professional services environment.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of the legal sector and corporate governance.
High level of discretion, judgement, and resilience under pressure.
Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and document management tools.
Previous experience in the Law sector or as a Paralegal or an education with a law degree is highly desirable.
