You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules, ensuring effective planning and coordination across teams in a secure environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
2. Track project progress, identifying risks and potential delays.
3. Work closely with project managers, risk leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
4. Provide regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
5. Ensure compliance with MoD and government project controls frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
6. DV (Developed Vetting) clearance
7. Strong experience in project planning and scheduling within defence, security, or government sectors.
8. Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
9. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
10. Previous experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment is desirable.
