The role offers exposure to high-quality defendant clinical negligence work, a flexible hybrid setup, and a supportive, down-to-earth culture. The Role Manage your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, suited to your level of experience. Support senior solicitors on complex and high-value claims. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel. Liaise with clients, medical experts, and barristers to progress cases efficiently. Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients. About You Qualified Solicitor (0–5 years PQE) – NQ applications with relevant experience welcomed. Experience in defendant clinical negligence work, or strong claimant experience with an interest in moving to defendant practice. Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
