About the role

Nestled in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, just 10 minutes from Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers our guests a variety of dining experiences – from a Classic British restaurant and banqueting for 200, to 24-hour In-Room Dining.

We are now seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team in Wild Carrot, our Classic British restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to take the next step in their career, working within a skilled brigade under the guidance of our Executive Chef, while leading and inspiring junior members of the team.

What you will do

1. Lead and manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish

2. Support and guide Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, sharing knowledge and best practices

3. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining exceptional standards across all outlets

4. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety

5. Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to create seasonal, innovative, and memorable menus

6. Contribute ideas to continually improve standards and guest experiences

What you bring

7. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen

8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate others

9. A passion for food, creativity, and innovation in the kitchen

10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

11. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency

12. A collaborative, team-focused mindset with pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences
