What the job involves:
Commercial heating systems
Pipework (15mm up to 110mm)
Sanitary ware
Hot and cold feeds
Gas installs (if qualified – or open to training later)
You’ll be working across care homes, hotels, gyms, refurbishments and similar so there’s plenty of variety.
They're looking for someone who’s:
Got 5+ years’ experience in plumbing/heating
From a big domestic background and starting to cross into commercial – or already working commercial full-time
Gas Safe registered (or working towards it)
Comfortable reading plans, working tidily, and communicating clearly on site
Looking for a long-term role with growth potential
Who you are as a person is really important too, everyone is part of the team and theres no "numbers"...
You’ll need to:
Be proactive – you don’t wait to be told, you get moving
Have a can-do attitude, especially when plans shift
Take pride in doing a job properly, not just quickly
Team mentality, this is a big deal with these guys!
Enjoy getting stuck in and helping things run smoothly
Spot problems early and get them fixed
The Package:
£35,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience
