This is an exciting commercial finance role in an iconic, fast paced consumer group. Its a 12 month contract initially, which offers hybrid working.
Its paying £60-£65k annual salary. It would suit a qualified accountant or finalist who has previous experience in a commercial finance role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the senior finance representative to partner with the business looking at commercial performance and outcomes
* There is a heavy focus on sales analysis and working with the retail sites to improve trading and performance
* Advise on opportunities to improve profitability, manage costs and grow revenue
* Partner closely with the business to influence commercial decisions aligned to strategic priorities
* Lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including budgets, forecasts and long-term financial outlooks
* Translate financial data and insights into clear recommendations that support effective decision-making
* Partner with stakeholders to agree actions that deliver strategy, offering constructive challenge where needed
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified accountant or finalist (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Proven experience in a commercial finance role, working in close partnership with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
