Contracts Manager Hampshire
A well-established civil engineering contractor in Hampshire is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of infrastructure and environmental projects. The company delivers complex coastal, flood defence and civils schemes and is known for strong client relationships and high safety standards.Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams in line with company procedures. Oversee contract delivery from tender handover through to final account. Produce accurate forecasts, monthly reports and support change management. Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality and environmental requirements. Build strong client relationships to support repeat business. Lead, motivate and develop project teams, managing performance and training needs. Monitor labour, plant and resources, ensuring efficient utilisation. Support tender submissions, PQQs and early contractor involvement. Produce and monitor fully resourced contract programmes.What Youll Bring Strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Experience managing traditional, D&B or target cost contracts. Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills. Ability to drive performance, manage risk and deliver successful outcomes.
