Who We Are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About The Global Internship Program

Our Global Internship Program offers an immersive, inclusive, and fun learning experience for early-in-career talent at select participating Store Support Centre (SSC) locations. Throughout the 12-week program, interns gain exposure to real business initiatives, contribute to meaningful projects, and build lasting connections through networking opportunities, company events, and mentorship from leaders across the organization. The 2026 program opportunities will be product-focused, with interns supporting the teams driving product innovation and international growth.

Program Dates: June 1 to August 21, 2026 (dates subject to change)
Compensation & Benefits: Full-time, paid internship with access to group fitness classes, employee discount, and paid time off (prorated), including observed holidays.
Development Opportunities: Q&A sessions with executive leaders, alumni networking events, and career development sessions.
3-Tier Support: Each intern is paired with a manager, mentor, and buddy for day-to-day support and dedicated career guidance.
Career Pathways: Interns participating in the 2026 program will have early access to full-time job opportunities. However, conversion to full-time employment after the program is not guaranteed.
