Vehicle Technician – Leominster, Herefordshire
Salary: Dependant on experience + uncapped Bonus Structure
We are seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our successful independent family-run dealership with a Mazda, Peugeot Franchise and Ford Authorised Repairer. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a trusted local business that has been serving the West Midlands community for over 70 years.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles to high standards.
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Ensure attention to detail and maintain quality workmanship.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers where required.
* Meet deadlines and workshop targets.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Proven work experience in the automotive industry.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* No previous criminal convictions.
* MOT licence beneficial
