An Independent Fostering Agency, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis, in Yorkshire.
Responsibilities
* Support and supervise foster carers, ensuring safe, nurturing homes for children and young people.
* Monitor placements, complete assessments, and contribute to reviews and panels.
* Provide supervision, training, and ongoing development for foster carers.
* Work closely with local authorities and children's networks to achieve positive outcomes.
