This role is to support a woman.

The candidate should be a woman*.

Drivers licence required: Yes

Own vehicle needed: Yes

Employment status: employed

Hours per week: 6 hours per week
To be delivered in three x two-hour sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4.30 - 6.30 pm and Fridays 10.00 - 12.00

Hourly pay rate: £13.50

I am neurodivergent and have other health conditions including epilepsy, asthma, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I am looking for a PA to support me for six hours per week. I need support with meal preparation and batch cooking, organizing myself to book and attend health appointments, support to order my medication, and book vet appointments for my cats and dog. I vape and would prefer not to vape when someone is in the home.

Duties include:

* Medication prompting/administering
* Moving and handling
* Other relevant duties as required
* Administration
* Housekeeping
* Shopping
* Cooking
* Transportation
* Companionship
* Looking after pets

Candidate qualities:
* Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
* Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the workplace
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Able to follow instructions and work on own initiative
* Hygienic, tidy, and well-organized
* Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
* Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Honest and cheerful
* Creative
* Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
* Comfortable with pets
* Able to work to high standards of health & safety
* Willing to work in a smoking environment

Additional notes: All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required. The role may be offered on an employed or self-employed basis, depending on agreement. If employed, you will be entitled to holiday pay and an employment contract.
