Salary - Scale 5 - £29,109.00 - £31,296.00 per annum.
Hours – 37 per week - Monday to Friday
Contract - Permanent

Police Contact Enquiry Officers provide efficient front counter service to the public.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified to QCF Level 2 or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to assess enquiries critically and gather information via face-to-face contact, calls, and electronic systems.
* Full UK driving license (may be required for travel).
* Experience in a busy customer/public service environment.
* Proficient in clerical skills, creating varied documentation.
* Confident handling confidential and sensitive matters.
* Knowledge of Windows Microsoft software and IT equipment.
