Job Description: Assistant Store Manager at Tiffany & Co.
The Assistant Store Manager is a dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader responsible for supporting the store's sales and operations team to meet or exceed sales plans and profitability targets. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering a climate of the Tiffany Experience, and maximizing employee performance through motivation, innovation, and engagement.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan: Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and execute a sales vision, model sales behaviors, utilize sales reporting tools, and communicate strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
2. Clienteling/Service Excellence: Lead the team in delivering superior sales and service, develop new and existing customer relationships, and execute clienteling programs to enhance customer loyalty and sales opportunities.
3. Talent Management: Partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop Sales Professionals, conduct regular performance observations, motivate the team, and facilitate individual development plans to improve performance and sales results.
