The Role We are looking for a highly experienced and ambitious marketing professional with significant behaviour-change experience to work with the Head of Marketing to lead the day -to-day delivery of the inaugural Water Efficiency Campaign (WEC). In this high-profile role you will take a strategic, rigorous, insight and evidence led approach to driving the development, delivery and evaluation of the WEC marketing programme. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues from Media, Digital, Strategic Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Internal Engagement and Political Engagement to deliver the desired outcomes. You will bring experience across, strategic development, research, multi-channel implementation, stakeholder engagement and evaluation. Key deliverables In this role you will be expected to work with the Head of Marketing to: Manage the Delivery Body, ensuring high-quality, innovative delivery across all areas of the WEC. Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour change tactics to shape the strategic direction of the WEC, using evidence-based models and techniques to support high-profile, complex policy initiatives. Ensure full integration of national campaigns with local activity, driving consistency and synergy across all strands of work. Manage budget and funding flows from water companies to the delivery body, ensuring effective allocation, accountability, and value for money. Foster close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, providing clear direction, inspiring teams, and ensuring seamless delivery as part of a blended working model. Work with policy leads, planners and strategic partners to define marketings role in achieving policy objectives to deliver the programme of work. Oversee campaign evaluation and performance monitoring with experience of using tracking and measurement frameworks to evidence behavioural change and impact. Act as a credible subject matter expert in marketing, bringing up-to-date industry knowledge, flexibility, and initiative to respond to emerging priorities. About You Below are some of the key essential experience, skills & knowledge required for this post: 1. Lead criterion: Experience of leading large-scale, integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels with significant budgets with a proven track record in behaviour change marketing including current working knowledge of models, techniques and processes. 2. Robust understanding of marketing campaign evaluation methodologies to evidence behaviour change and impact. 3. Experience of managing agencies and suppliers, including procurement processes, and performance management. 4. Experience developing integrated, insight-driven marketing strategies in partnership with policy teams and agencies.
