The Role:
As an SEND Educator, you’ll deliver engaging, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), or SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties). Your role will include:
1. Planning and delivering personalised teaching sessions.
2. Supporting students’ academic and emotional development.
3. Creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
3. Experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH, or learning difficulties
4. Strong safeguarding knowledge
5. Enhanced DBS (registered with the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
6. Right to work in the UK
