Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor - FTC include:

3. Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
6. Assist customers with product or service information and guidance.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
9. Contribute to improving customer service processes and practices.
10. Provide updates and follow-ups to customers regarding the status of their enquiries.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Advisor - FTC should have:

11. Previous experience in a customer service/client facing position is highly desirable.
12. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
14. Confidence to make outbound calls with a strong telephone manner.
