YOUR ROLE
As a Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex client transformation initiatives, supporting clients across multiple sectors to implement change effectively and achieve lasting impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the delivery of a project workstream by taking ownership of defined tasks and producing high-quality outputs and collaborating with the wider team.
* Identify and escale risks to project leads in a timely manner, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Design, establish and enhance Programme/Project Management Offices (PMOs) by supporting planning, governance, risk management, and maintaining high-quality project documentation.
* Support change functions in large-scale client transformations by producing business change deliverables (impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process maps, hyper-care governance, communication & training plans) with minimal guidance.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Business Development – contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch, and client hosting at events.
* Internal Contribution – develop campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, team events and activities, and offering development.
* Learning & Development – undertake training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, including qualifications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Proven track record supporting the delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple industries, with expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
* Proven track record delivering successful change-management initiatives across various industries; experience designing and executing change-management strategies, tailoring communications, delivering and facilitating training, and KPI tracking to drive adoption and realise business benefits.
* Experience operating within a project workstream to deliver defined outputs, working as part of high-performing teams and managing work under pressure.
* Expertise in P3M and/or Change Management delivery approaches and methodologies.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Hold relevant P3M qualifications (e.g., MSP, MoP, P3O from Axelos; PMQ, PPQ, ChPP from APM; PMP, PgMP from PMI; PROSCI or APMG qualifications; PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents).
* Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and support peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Currently working in a major consulting firm, or in industry with a consulting background.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
* Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain UK security vetting (Security Check) within 6 months.
