Purpose
The global marketing function of Global Payments is responsible for Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Revenue Performance for the Merchant Acquirer Solutions of Global Payments.
The ISV Marketing Manager is a critical role within the UK & Ireland marketing team, impacting revenue growth for ISV partnerships. The role involves planning and managing marketing-initiated partnership activities in these regions, supporting the Partnership Team's strategy and revenue goals, and working with partners to grow joint marketing initiatives based on current market trends, competitors, and acquisition plans.
Responsibilities
* Define industry verticals and target audiences in collaboration with the partnership strategy and leadership.
* Conduct market research to develop prospect personas and targeting strategies.
* Map target audiences, messages, content, and tactics to the customer journey to create cohesive campaign plans.
* Identify and maximize exposure at key industry events, supporting the partnership teams with collateral.
* Work with Sales to determine prospect lists and lead workflows.
* Qualify and nurture leads through various channels.
* Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies.
* Align lead generation efforts with sales and digital marketing teams both regionally and internationally.
* Track and analyze lead metrics to measure performance and improve strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
* Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
* Create compelling campaigns aligned with brand messaging to drive conversions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content delivery and campaign success.
* Identify strategic opportunities to enhance partner acquisition and implement innovative strategies.
* Drive ROI and cross-channel efficiency, measure campaign performance, and optimize for revenue growth.
* Present campaign updates to internal and external stakeholders regularly.
* Coordinate with international marketing teams to extend campaigns across channels and audiences.
* Evaluate new suppliers, manage budgets, and onboard related vendors.
* Report campaign performance and insights at marketing meetings and forums.
Minimum Qualifications
* At least 7 years' experience in B2B partnership and/or growth marketing, preferably with ISV experience.
* Proven success in building and executing revenue-driven marketing programs.
* Understanding of integrated campaign architecture and customer decision journeys.
* Strong relationship-building skills and high collaboration with partners, sales, and leadership.
* Ability to leverage analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools effectively.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and disciplined marketer with clear objectives.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating insights clearly to leadership.
* Experience in payments, point of sale, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
