Our client, a well-established and highly regarded property law firm based in Keighley, are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving legal practice, managing a case load of conveyancing matters from start to completion, across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, re mortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and help to buy. Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Fee Earner: Handle a diverse and demanding caseload comprising freehold, leasehold, and new build property transactions Review and analyse property titles, respond to enquiries, and prepare detailed property reports for purchase matters Manage and respond to enquiries arising from property sales Take the lead on more complex transactions, including new builds, shared ownership schemes, and deeds of variation Offer guidance and mentoring to junior team members, providing support and oversight where necessary Skills and Experience Required: A minimum of 12 months' proven experience as a conveyancing fee earner, managing both sale and purchase caseloads.
