Overview of Business Relationship Manager: Our Home Management Team Structure relies heavily on our Business Relationship Managers, who work together to ensure that our staff in the Home are motivated, supported, and engaged. The role involves a variety of day-to-day tasks that are crucial for our residents and the teams that support them.
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will oversee a small team of receptionists and administrators who support your role. You will be responsible for handling all new resident enquiries and scheduling show rounds of the Home, providing prospective residents and their families with a positive and welcoming first impression. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing the residents' fees and maintaining accurate accounts. You will also manage the staff recruitment process, which includes arranging interviews, completing the Onboarding process for new starters, issuing contracts, conducting pre-employment checks, and maintaining contact with candidates at each stage of their recruitment journey.
As a key point of contact for all staff, once they have joined RMBI Care Co, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records and processing required information for payroll.
