About the Nursery
Townsend Montessori Nursery Faversham is located on Jubilee Way, which backs onto the Faversham recreation ground. The setting is a short drive from Faversham train station and within walking distance to the town centre with parking available on site. At our children's nursery, we focus on learning through year‑round outdoor play within our large garden and natural forest area. We have four rooms: Bluebells (under‑2s), Poppies (2‑year‑old), Daisies and Tulips (pre‑school, 3 years until school). We cookery with the children every day as well as Montessori activities and the children adore this time.

Pay & Working Hours
£28,184 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week). Working hours: Monday to Friday.

What Your Role Involves
* Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
* Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
* Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
