Sous Chef – Full Time – Hotel Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of a well-established hotel which is part of an expanding hotel group, and we’re keen to speak with experienced candidates who are ready for their next step.
The Role
* Position: Sous Chef
* Contract: Full time
* Hours: 45 hours per week
* Location: St Ives- Hotel setting (on-site parking available)
Salary & Benefits
* £17.00 – £18.00 per hour
* On-site parking available
* Excellent group benefits
* Work within a professional and supportive kitchen team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
* Ability to support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate junior staff
* Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen compliance
* Experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen environment preferred

* No live-in accommodation available, so candidates must be able to commute
