The Role
We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our creative kitchen team. Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs, you’ll help deliver refined, flavour-driven dishes that change with the seasons, while maintaining the highest standards of consistency, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes from our seasonal menus to a consistently high standard.
* Run your section efficiently during both prep and service.
* Support menu development and contribute ideas for seasonal dishes.
* Maintain HACCP procedures, food hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Record kitchen documentation such as temperature logs.
* Collaborate with colleagues across all outlets, from the restaurant to the tasting room and pizza barn.

About You
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal and sustainably sourced produce.
* Strong attention to detail and a disciplined work ethic.
* Professional, reliable, and a team player.
* Able to adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to rural location and limited public transport.
* Comfortable with evening shifts; no on-site accommodation available.
