As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally. You’ll liaise with the transport planning and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner
2. Update customers on delivery status, resolving issues quickly and effectively
3. Coordinate with drivers and transport planners to monitor daily schedules
4. Process bookings and input data into the transport management system
5. Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or complaints
6. Maintain accurate records of communication and service activity
