Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for an opportunity to join a leading house builder in Worcestershire? I am working on the behalf of a team seeking a dynamic individual to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
* Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
* Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
* Take responsibility for the development's presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience working in New Homes sales over a minimum 2 year period.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
* Must be available to work weekends (Thursday to Monday working pattern).
