Pennine Lodge located in Carlisle, is a 70 bed Registered Care Home number of private provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular new developed residential care services.

Responsibilities
* Have the ability to lead a dynamic staff team in a warm and inviting atmosphere
* Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity on site
* Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions on a daily basis
* Will want to take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.
Qualifications / Successful candidate will
* Have previous experience of working in a similar role.
* Have proven experience of liaising with external health professionals
* Attention to detail and high-quality care standards.
* Have a proven stable employment record and references
* Enhanced DBS will be required
* Apply for days or night duty working on a 7 day fair rota basis
* Full or Part time positions are available
