Lettings Administrator

Key Responsibilities
* Managing tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move‑in
* Preparing tenancy agreements, legal documentation and compliance paperwork
* Coordinating property compliance requirements and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding tenancy matters and maintenance issues
* Conducting property inspections and supporting occasional property viewings
* Providing administrative support across the lettings department and assisting with day‑to‑day office operations
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience within a lettings, property or estate agency administration role
* Strong understanding of lettings processes and property compliance requirements
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a busy workload effectively
* Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and property CRM systems
* Positive, flexible and team‑focused approach to work
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for inspections and viewings
