About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality, professional HR advice and support aligned with policies and current employment legislation
* Lead on complex casework, investigations, and resolution strategies
* Drive HR service improvement through project leadership and process reviews
* Analyse complex HR data and issues to inform decision-making
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Support and mentor HR team members
* Champion a culture of inclusion, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement
About You:
* Are CIPD qualified or bring equivalent experience
* Have strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Able to demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
* Have a proven track record in managing complex employee relations cases
* Are comfortable with occasional travel (Driving license will be required)
* Bring previous line management experience and a collaborative approach
